As far as the CGI and special effects to, it looks like they spent some time and money on them. They are far better than most Dragon / Dinosaur movies I've seen but not much of a realistic story line. Like I said the special effects are gnarly but where these dragons all came from is a mystery still to me.Sarah (Amanda Brooks) a beautiful young woman who can change a serpent into a powerful dragon. The next thing you know the city of Los Angeles is under attack of huge creatures of serpents.
