Michael Newman (Adam Sandler)is an architect and works for an unappreciative boss, Mr. Ammer (David Hasselhoff). His wife, Donna (Kate Beckinsale), and two children, Ben (Joseph Castanon) and Samantha (Tatum McCann), seem to have it all going on. One afternoon when Michael goes to the local Bed and Beyond to find a universal remote control, he ends up in the back room of the store with Morty (Christopher Walken). It seems Morty has many talents and has invented a remote like no other before. Just point and click and Michael is able to fast forward - rewind or pause just about anything in his life. He finds the control very useful for getting even with all of those who have done him wrong in the past.While I've yet to find a 5 star comedy, this one has some funny parts to it.
