In German with subtitles, I found this movie to be a great romantic thriller. Other reviews have not rated the movie so high but I really developed a real caring for both of the characters. Krol is outstanding as the assassin and the beauty of the language adds romance to the coldness of his crimes. If you can get through a subtitled movie, I think you will enjoy this non conventional love story.German hit man Viktor (Joachim Krol), is a high paid killing machine who never gets caught or makes mistakes. His precision in carrying out a mission is flawless. Never leaving any clues behind he encounters a gorgeous blond named Nina (Nadja Uhl), and now finds his career begins to suffer. When he falls in love, and investigator Lang (Christian Berkel) on his tail, he must make a choice between his career and his new love.
